About the Game
Crown of Ash is an action RPG set in the shattered kingdom of Vaelthorn — a world steeped in dark fantasy, fractured loyalties, and ancient magic.
Players take on the role of a disgraced knight returned from exile to find the kingdom they once served reduced to ash and competing factions. With the king dead and the crown broken, every faction claims the right to rule — and every alliance comes at a cost.
Crown of Ash features a deep narrative consequence system, brutal skill-based combat, and a handcrafted open world built entirely without procedural generation.
About the Studio
Ironveil Studios is a small independent team of four developers spread across Europe, united by a shared love of dark fantasy and narrative-driven games.
Crown of Ash is the studio's debut title — a passion project three years in the making, built on Unreal Engine 5 and funded entirely through personal savings and a successful crowdfunding campaign.
